Paul is passionate about Division 10; It only takes one conversation with him to see that. Paul provides over 35 years of experience in successfully completing Division 10 specialties projects throughout New England. During Paul’s career, he has coordinated all aspects of installations for lockers, toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, postal boxes and more, during well over 2000 projects. Notable recent projects include: Gillette Stadium, Logan Airport, BU Harry Agannis Arena, BC Alumni Stadium & UMASS Amherst Recreation Center, as well as many renovations at Fenway Park.

Lance provides over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning his career as an environmental engineer for property development. In 2002, he transferred his talents from designing and overseeing exterior site work to supplying interior building specialties. Lance strives to develop NBSI, as well as its sister company, Newton Distributing, into premier options for customers in the industry. He does this by having a vision for the future, acting promptly to market changes, hiring and training qualified personnel, providing ample opportunities for career growth, providing a safe and motivating work environment, and treating customers, vendors, & employees with respect.

Marla is a licensed attorney who brings her vast knowledge and expertise to her role at Newton BSI as Office Manager. Her legal background and excellent organizational skills aid her well in keeping the office running smoothly. Affectionately referred to by the guys as the “Office Mom”, Marla handles everything from answering the phone, to distributing bids; reviewing contracts; ordering insurance; and preparing billings and requisitions.

Kevin is a Project Manager for Newton BSI. Starting as an estimator 13 years ago, he quickly grew into a project management role at the company. Kevin retains ownership of his projects from the beginning estimating phase, through construction and ultimately invoicing. Prior to Newton BSI, Kevin worked for Newton Distributing Company, Newton BSI’s sister company, for 5 years as a national account and logistics manager.

Alan joined the NewtonBSI team in July 2015 looking for a new opportunity in the construction industry. Prior to NBSI, Alan was employed for six years as a regional sales manager for a US manufacturer of building materials, covering New England and the New York metropolitan regions. At NBSI, Alan initially learned the fundamentals of Division 10 from Paul as an estimator. Later, he earned his current position as project manager. He knows his clients have a choice when it comes to Division 10 contractors and, as such, values the repeat business he has cultivated over the last few years.

Mac has been with Newton BSI since January 2013 where he started as an estimator and progressed into his current role of project manager. Before joining Newton BSI, he worked in the retail construction field as a project manager, gaining knowledge and experience he now utilizes at Newton BSI. Mac is fully engaged in his projects from beginning to end, during which customers receive attentive service and expeditious project completion.

Aikeem joined NBSI in June of 2020 after spending the previous 6 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry. He started his construction career as an installer for a Division 10 company before taking an open estimator position within that same company. The new challenge proved instrumental to his career as he gained experience, knowledge and built relationships that were crucial to his success during his tenure, in which he will implement here at NBSI.
